Congratulations to everyone who made the ballot for this year's Julius Vogel Awards. Alas, my story didn't make the cut, but it's nice to see such a large number of nominees in every category. And if you're not listening to Whispers, maybe now's the time to start.
And of course there's only one video I can put here - besides being a bona fide kiwi rock classic, Chris Knox's Not Given Lightly is used in the Vogel's Bread commercials. The Vogel after which the bread is not the same Vogel after which the award, but this is how my brain works. And you don't need much excuse to blast some Chris Knox
