Abigail seems to be enjoying the first Dark Tower book. I haven't told her how large the later volumes get... Emily prefers Mr. Barker's popular fantasy for the young and impressionable
I'm with Abigail... loved the Dark Tower books, didn't so much care for Thief of Always.
Is Abigail reading the 'new' version of The Gunslinger? When I reread the series upon King's completion of it, I opted for the new version and found it a lot easier to read.
Nope, that's the old Gunslinger. I was trying to think of what to read next and Abby pulled it off a shelf so I thought I'd give it a go. I think I've only ever read the first couple of books when they first came out. Now the series is complete I think I'll catch up...
